• Please check in by 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Basic payment is usually asked at the time of check-in. We accept most major credit cards.

• We are open 24 hours. It is out pleasure to act as your concierge. Please ask us anything about touring Hiroshima, having great dinners, etc.
• Hotel Park Side is equipped with a state-of-the-art ozone air cleaner. It not only filtrates the air inside the hotel, but also eradicates bacteria, collects dusts and pollens, deodorizes, and lets out health-friendly ions.
• 3F, 6F, 8F, and 9F are non-smoking floors.
• Internet access is available in all rooms free of charge (LAN cables can be borrowed at the front desk on the 1st floor). Laptop PCs are also available for a fee of 1000yen per night.

• All rooms have auto-lock door system for high security.
• Laundry machines (washing machine and dryer) are available free of charge on the 2F from 8AM to 11PM.

• We can keep your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
